New Hard Drive

I recently dropped my external drive with my music files on it. I had to send it to a data recovery center and have recovered all of my files in the correct structure. My music library looks exactly as it did before the drop. I asked MediaMonkey to locate missing or moved files.
It located 95% of all my files, however there was 5% that are in the library, play on media monkey and other audio players but are missing from the library. I tried deleting a few and re-scanned the folder and they were still not found..
I do not understand.

Try the Entire Library > Location node (enable under File > Manage Collections) by browsing to the folder(s) and see if the files are really missing.
