Good Morning,

My MediaMonkey App does not play through my bluetooth speaker.Thought it may have been my computer but my bluetooth plays with my other music app.

Do you mean MMW (Windows) or MMA (Android). In MMW check the Audio Device being used in the enabled Output Plugin (Tools > Options Output Plug-ins and configure it).

Hello,

My MediaMonkey is not working when I hook up my bluetooth device. I tried uninstalling and rebooting the app still have the same problem. I even go to my other media music app and it plays just fine. the bluetooth is hookup to my laptop but it just doesn't put out any music with MediaMonkey app. If I can not resolve this problem I would like to have my money back.

My bluetooth not working either. All other sites/programs are working fine with the speaker. Only MM not working.

Hi,
Can you please open support ticket and give us bit more details on hardware you use and how you tried to play thru MediaMonkey. It is possible that other app took exclusive access and MM is not allowed to play thru device.
