When's Halloween?
We don't traditionally celebrate that here though the retail shops are doing there best to make it take off!
I've got my sights on our Summer and Christmas now :D

its the usa's version of all hallows eve on Oct. 31st.

most here that do anything with it just like to go around and trick or treat for candy.

but over the last 50 years it has got to be very troublesome, stupid criminals and other people of deranged minds have been killing people and or injuring them. by putting poison in the treats they give to kids and by putting razor blades in the fruit and needles in all of them. kids have died because of them doing that. now there are rules up here most don't eat the stuff until they go over it with magnets and any un producer wrapped and sealed items are not ate, and the ones that are wrapped and sealed are checked for any holes in the wrapper or any puncture marks on the hard candy's.

the parents even started only going to people in their town they know or family's houses. its not as wide spread trick or treating like it use to be. but the party's you and your friends throw are still going strong.
their more of a controlled situation though.

Oh my God! :o

That does not sound good! I guess as always it will be a minority ruining it for all.
Considering we are reckoned to be 20 years behind the states we don't have much to look forward to :(

the last year we gave out treats it was about 8, 24 packs of soda pop. the parents loved that and the kids knew they were able to drink that as soon as they got it. there aint no way to reseal a can after you've open'ed it,

well you are albe to but it won't look like a new un opened factory sealed can. so the sodas are safe.
but we only had that many cans of soda and every one was coming to us.

one little kid was only about 2 he didn't have a good costume just what he was wareing to look like a grown up cowboy. he was excpecting candy. he got that soda and it was like christmas to him his eye's were huge. he said all this for me. i said yes and don't let daddy drink it, tell him to get his own. of course the dad drank it but he got one for his kid later i know cause the mom yelled at the dad for drinking it. so it is still fun as long as you give the proper treats that can't be damaged in anyway. but most won't spend that much for the whole town of kids, but it was fun at that time.

so if you need to use something to convince people down there you now have some of the pro's and con's about it. :)

That's ridiculous. I can't imagine why those people do that. Well, the parents should guide their children all the time. There's nothing wrong in celebrating the Halloween as long as you are always alert with all the possibilities that might happen.

yep they do it cause their sicko's need some good old fashion correction done to them.

but the last time i gave out treats was years ago and i gave out cans of soda pop, coke's, soda, which ever you call it in your part of the country. but that stuff is safer cause you can see it dripping out of the can if there was a needle hole in the can.

plus it would spray out all over the place if someone tried to put a small hole in the can. so the parents and kids were glad to get a treat that they knew was safe to get. i only used cans not bottles. 8)

well its been awhile since i posted anything for download like this. the file posted in the first post here is still up on that site. for you if you want to get it.

i just uploaded my other file i did before, up to my download site here at this url.

http://cid-8b319736112de14f.skydrive.li ... px/.Public

just go there then go in the recordings folder, then go in to the halloween sounds folder you will see my story track for egor's tour. just download it extract the song file from the zip file to your computer and listen to it.

you will see where there are silent places or low volume sounds that allow you to tell your own spooky story to this sound track, enjoy. 8)

NO its just the egor's tour that has silent space halloween wind is just noise effects that has constant wind sound to them. where the wind is carrying noise's from a far and beyond. 8)

you could tell your story with either one its just easier to fit your story when there is blank space that you don't have to match words with any sounds that are heard, which is why i did egor's with what sounds might be heard the farther you go in to the lab. :D it could be anyplace lab, haunted house, old castle ruin, just what you want it to be in your story hope that answers your question for you. :)
