Having trouble logging in first time I tried it said that I used all my attempts, trying to get personal message in the in box here is there something wrong with the codes?

thanks rusty, i'm getting the same thing on this computer now as on the cell phone.

i go to the login page, type in the information. submit.

and then i get the page for over the number of allowed attempts at logging in , it was the first time i tried?
