right now i sync my nano with the 'random subset up to device capacity" box checked and i have MM delete all tracks from the device each sync. which goves me a new set of random tracks each time i sync. cool.
what i'd like to do is keep a playlist of favorites which either are copied over each time, or left on the ipod when i sync. then fill up the rest of the space with random selections...
is there any way to do this?
question...

I don't think there is... although that would be a very good idea for sync'ing, a playlist priority system or something.
May be something to add to the wishlist.

yes! a playlist priority system would be great! and also the ability to tell it how many tracks to grab from each playlist?
so i don't know much about the scripting capabilities... is there maybe a way i can just script the playlist creation? grab some number of random tracks from a set of genres each time i sync?
i guess i'll do some more forum scouring...
