Psykar LastFM Script and PowerAmp Pro App for Android

Since I have gone to an Android from an iPhone, I have lost the ability to sync my phone's playcounts back to Media Monkey.

I have been testing the Android Media Monkey and am very excited about it.

In the mean time, I have been using the following and have been able to sync my play music stats on my Android back to Media Monkey. Here is how I have been doing it.

I use PowerAmp Pro on my Android (amazing music player app) and in settings/Misc/Scrobbling I checked "Scrobble via Official Last FM App". I then installed LastFM App and configured with my account.

I verified that when I play music on my Poweramp Pro program that my played songs stats are synced with LastFM.

Once that is working, I installed the following script that I found in the forum. It does exactly what it says it does . Great job.

I installed and then ran from the scripts menu in Media Monkey.

Once complete, the played stats from my music played on my Android were synced back to Media Monkey. It's not perfect but is able to accomplish what I have been looking for since I went away from the iPhone.

I also use Subsonic for web streaming and that also has a lastfm sync function so now all of my played stats are synced back to Media Monkey.
