Is there a way to intentionally not update play counts for a specific device?
Basically, I want to keep using MM to synch my daughter's iPod. But I really don't want to have the DB updated with the near infinite plays of the New Moon soundtrack.

This used to show my recently played tracks. Sad to see @lozzd's tool go dark.

Not that I know of, unless you can wipe playcounts of device prior to sync.

Re: Not Update Play Counts for a Specific Device
In the Option for the device, at Auto-sync you can un-check 'Auto sync files from device to PC'. Shouldn't this do the trick?
I'm not sure about it, as my device doesn't support playcounts.
Cheers

That was a great idea, thanks. Unfortunately, it didn't work. But, I appreciate the suggestion.
