Transfering whole content of Creative Zen Xtra to HD

Hi,

I got a Zen Xtra with PlaysForSure/MTP-Firmware, but sadly, i can't transfer or even play a single file from the player (title greyed), though i read that every MTP-Device is supported, am I doing something wrong?

I am using the Standard Version, where do I set up the Directory for filecopy?

My recollection is that the Creative Zen only works correctly with MM if you update to the newest firmware.
