Selected playlists not syncing to iPod Classic

Selected MM playlists synced perfectly onto iPod Classic. But due to random corrupt album cover graphics on iPod, a different issue, I erased all content on iPod and resynced it. The playlists did NOT sync onto iPod. So I deselected playlists in the sync dialog and resynced. Then selected playlists again and synced again. Still no playlists. No matter how many times I sync (and change which playlists are selected for syncing), playlists no longer appear on iPod. Because I have 16k tracks to sync, which takes approximately 6 hours, erasing and syncing is not something I want to keep experimenting with. I may have installed a new version of MM during that time, which may have caused the problem... I don't know. Anyone else experience this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Which version of MediaMonkey are you using?

The latest version of MediaMonkey and of iPod firmware. As I said, "I may have installed a new version of MM during that time, which may have caused the problem..."

Did you reset the iPod as well or just erased the media files?
