Playlist are empty on my device

Hey,

When i transfer the music and the playlist of MediaMonkey on my mp3 device (A26 AGTEK) i am a problem.
The music is on the device and I can listen it, the playlist is on my device too but this playlist is empty (no music in this playlist) However on the MediaMonkey the playlist isn't empty.
What is the problem?
maybe the path of the music? the music must be in the same folder that the playlist?

How did you sync?

Yes, generally it comes down to Paths, sometimes even the Playlist location. You'll need to consult the device's documentation/forums to see how it requires Playlists to be done for it to work with them.

In the software MediaMonkey I click right on my device and select auto-Synchro

Good, then how Playlists are synced is set in the Device Profile (Tools > Options > Portable Device Sync). What the settings need to be depends on the device and you should consult manufacturer/documentation for that.
