Synchronization refused by remote server

Except syncing is enabled in device settings, so...

Windows 10, MediaMonkey Gold.
Samsung 8, MediaMonkey Pro

This breaks for me every 2 weeks or so, and can only be repaired by uninstalling both programs and then reinstalling them. What gives?
