Media Monkey Shuts Down After iPhone Sync

For the last several months, Media Monkey has been shutting down after syncing music to my iPhone. The sync works fine, but it's a pain to have to restart MM every time after I sync. Is this behavior intentional or is there a setting I can change to keep it from happening?
