Hi, my new iPhone XR seems to have become associated with (possibly) an Android device driver (WMDM) rather than the iPhone one. Any idea how I can switch it as it seems to be scuppering any attempts to sync, at least without trying to convert everything from AAC to MP3 which is painfully slow. PS iTunes is up to date and recognises the new iPhone.
Thanks,
Mike

Does it show that in MediaMonkey (Tools > Options > Portable Device Sync)?
In the Device Profile you can set Auto-Conversion rules. You can change it to your needs.

Hi,
Make sure that iTunes is not started, you are using latest MMW Beta, you delete all non needed Device profile (starting with One assigned to iPhone) and then connect the phone so that MMW can create new profile using correct plugin.
