Android sync stopped working

Hi,
i have a registered copy of MMGold and have been using it on my phone for about six months.
I like using it but the artwork takes over my image library when i try to find pics or other things to upload to twitter etc
i have been playing around with settings and now all of a sudden i cannot sync phone.
It hangs while 'connecting' and says connection failed.
Some of the settings i changed were: PDSync/options/tagging/remove artwork from tags if larger - i tried making that 2 instead of 300kb in order to see if that would reduce # of pics.
i also played around in add/rescan folders and checked scan continuously and scan at startup because i was having difficulty getting new files i downloaded in media.

i reverted these settings back to how i think they were after sync stopped working, but i still cannot get it to work.
any help/suggestions?

Which version of MediaMonkey?

version 4.1.24.1883
i uninstalled the android apps and then reinstalled and it worked.
is there any way to shut off artwork download to the phone?
it makes my photo section unusable because selecting pics starts with ALL the artwork as choices...

In the Device Profile Options.

Ty, i am looking at tools/options/portable device/selected my phone/
sync all artwork is already unchecked
copy artwork to file tags already unchecked
remove artwork if larger than (300kb) is checked

do i need to change any of these?
