Stream to A/V and listen on PC?

I usually listen to MMW on my computer upstairs on my PC. I can stream, via DLNA, to my A/V unit downstairs, but then MMW won't play on PC speakers . What I would like to do is stream to A/V and have MMW playing on my PC simultaneously.

You can do this if you initiate streaming from the DLNA client (pull), not if you send to the client from MediaMonkey (push). However you can't play the same music in 2 different locations.
