Option: disable device Back button in full screen [#10194]

Post by Lowlander »

I'd like to see an option to have the device's Options and Back button disabled during full screen video playback (would be enabled when displaying player controls on video). Some may also want to extend this to the home button.
This would greatly aide in watching videos without accidentally pushing those buttons (common occurrence for me) and thus interrupting/canceling video playback.

Good idea (though I think that this can just be the default behavior). Thanks.

I'm actually referring to the physical on device buttons. When holding the device while watching full screen video they keep getting pressed as they're located where it is convenient to hold the device while viewing video.
