Bug in the Play List

I've created a play list. But sometimes when I try to adjust the order of the tracks, they won't move. And frequently they get reset to alphabetical order.
Re. inability to re-order playlist tracks: does it depend on where you grab the track? i.e. could it be that on your device you need to grab a bit to the left or a bit to the right of the 'handle' in order to move the tracks?
Re. resetting playlist order to alphabetical: I've never seen this occur. Any idea what triggers it? Can you send a debug log as soon as that occurs?
