MM for Android losing playlists AND music files!

MM for Android lost all my playlists. Rebuilt /cleaned up/re-organized all my music in My Music on PC and reSynched. About 4 days later, MM lost ALL my music files on Android! This is unacceptable for any app.

Which version of MMW, MMA and Android, are file synced to internal or external memory, is the storage encrypted and did the loss occur after a device restart?
