Mono output

With smartphones heading toward Bluetooth only connections, those of us deaf in one ear are being left out. Songs like In a gadda da vida can only be listened to with both channels. With wire head phones, ear buds their are devices to buy that will allow mono connection but new Bluetooth do not. Can you add a mono capability or an add-on I could buy that would allow that. It sounds simple enough. Thanks
