Artwork is not visible

Hi,

I installed the Media Monkey App on my Windows RT Tablet. It works fine, but the Artwork does not show up correctly.
The format of the files is .wma or .mp3 and the artwork of neither of them can be displayed in Media Monkey. In Windows Explorer everything is fine.
I restarted the app. I reinstalled the app. Nothing works.

Can please someone help me.

Do you work with embedded or external art?

MediaMonkey for Windows and Windows Media Player also don't see Art in this file. Are you sure Art is embedded in the file you shared?

Yes, this file really does not contain any embedded album art.

Oh Sorry, i thought the artwork would be embedded, but it isn't.
