Playing from Network & External Locations

I would like to have MM manage all my music when using my RT. But i would like to have access to my network library when at home, but utilize an external hard drive or SD card when away from home. If i tell MM to scan both of these places won't there be duplicates/ long loading times? i would use the Window Music player for when i'm at home but it doesn't have flac support, and i would really prefer to use MM exclusively.

What can i do? is there an option to have two separately managed libraries with MM? do i need to find a second music app for when im at home and use MM only for the External Drive? Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Not in the App, in MMW this could be done, but it doesn't run on RT.
