Surface RT MM missing "Play To" functionality?

I downloaded latest version of MM on Surface RT. I cannot find "Play To" function to direct playback to my DLNA certified Oppo 105 renderer device. When I play a wav file, it plays on the Surface device, with no option to change the "play to" device.

Is "play to" supported on Surface RT? How can I get this working?

Eh? Then why am I able to use "Play to" in my version of MM for Metro (version 1.0.4.62)?

Admittedly, I am using it on Windows 8.1, rather than Windows RT, but you seem to imply that MM for Metro can't do this at all.

MM is supporting this, but usage depends on system (as it's not our functionality).
