Track Titles with "/" in name

Many album tracks in the FreeDB database as well as CDs I title myself have a slash "/" in the track title. When entering those into Media Monkey, after you click "Send to Virtual CD" the first part of the title is automatically removed from the track title and placed in the album artist field. This creates a tremendous amount of work to have to go back and fix each track separately as the virtual CD import is happening. Any fixes for this?
