Changing new playlist location

I'm having an issue with where MMA creates its new playlists on my HTC One SV.
When I create a new playlist on my phone it creates the playlist file on my internal SD card.

/sdcard/playlists

Is there a way to change the location the playlist file is created? Due to the fact that when I then perform a sync, MMA/MMW then downloads
any songs that were added to the newly created playlists to the internal SD and ignores the fact the songs already exist on the external SD.

I'm looking for them to be created in either of the following folders...

/sdcard/ext_sd/music/playlists
or
/sdcard2/music/playlists

I'm hoping this will allow MMA to use my external sd for all of its storage locations.
Any help is greatly appreciated

So, I found a bit of a work around on my own if any body is having the same issues.

I found...
1. I can only use wifi sync. If I connect via usb my internal and external SD locations get confused within MMW
2. In MMA /options/sync location/settings/internal storage
a. Keep "sync to this location" checked
b. Under "Auto-sync server content" , have nothing checked
c. "Auto-sync device content" checked
3. In MMA /options/sync location/settings/external storage
a. Keep "sync to this location" checked
b. Under "Auto-sync server content" , have all the playlists I want marked
c. "Auto-sync device content" checked
4. Now when I sync, any newly created playlists I've made on my phone will upload to MMW
5. No songs will download to the internal storage
6. After sync has finished
a. going back into /options/sync location/settings/external storage
b. Under "Auto-sync server content"/playlists
c. mark the newly uploaded playlists to be downloaded
7. Perform sync again.

Just rename the Device Profiles so internal is internal again.
