MMA faster if music stocked on internal instead of external?

Hi,

Since i use MMA, i stock my music (about 5000 tracks) on my external microSDcard Sandisk Extreme 64 Go.

I'm going to change my phone and i hesitate between an internal 16G (enought for my apps) + microSD for my music (like actually), or a internal 64 G (with my aps and also all my music).

Will MMA be faster ? I think about loading tracks and thumbs, or start playing ound when i load big playlists (about 1000 songs) ?

And to go deeper : could it have a difference between differents external microSD card ? (actually i have a sandisk extreme).

Hi,
It depends on NAND chips of both internal and external SD card. Usually Internal is faster as external can get temporary unmounted to save power where internal do not.

For better details and more precise answer this is more question for Mobile device experts rather than us
