Album Track order

I see a lot of discussion on this topic but am unable to find a solution.
I can tell MediaMonkey to play an album, however the album is played in alphabetical order by song name and not by the provided track numbers.
Is there a way to invoke Track Number order when playing an album ?

When I play an album it is played in correct order. My tracks are named like 01 - Come Together 02- Oh Darling etc. So the track name includes the track number ... as well as the track number attribute

It seems to be that if the track number is in the filename it will work, but MM isn't picking up the track number attribute at all. That's rather irritating.

So MM does not use the ID3 (or similar) tag information to handle this? Surprising.

Hi,
MMA1.x do not read tag, that is done by Google play music Scanner, for tracks are sorted based on tag, also I only use MMW to sync to my devices.

I have my MMW set to auto-organize my library and have the file format set to:

<Album Artist>\<Album>\<Track#:2> - <Title>

Which would result in a file being stored as:

10cc\The Very Best of 10cc\02 - I'm Not In Love.mp3

And this alleviates the album order problem for me. By using the <Track#:2> the ":2" part tells MMW to use a 2 digit track number which would also avoid having your tracks listed as:

1 - 10 - 11 - 2 - 3....
