FLAC not playing

I think I'm missing an option of I may just have something select incorrectly.

None of my FLAC music will play on MMA. Can anyone assist me with what I might be doing wrong?

MMA can only play formats natively supported by your device. Your device may not support FLAC at all or the FLAC files are of a higher sample rate not supported by your device.

I'm using a FiiO M11. It supports Flac files. THoughts?

The spec is - FLAC：384kHz/32bit（MAX）

Also, there is a statement that "Please Note the Apple Music,Google Play and Google Play related service are not available on the M11."

I can't speak to whether Google Play or Google Play related service relates to MMA. Maybe someone else might be able to know if that would be an issue.
