I've deleted the album art from the tracks in Media Monkey for Windows. When I go the file properties in MMW and select the art tab, it's blank. However, the artwork is still showing up on some tracks on my ipod nano and in Media Monkey for Android (Samsung J3 Orbit).
I tried deleting all the tracks from both devices and re-syncing, but no joy. Any further suggestions for removing the artwork?
Thanks,
Charlene

Re: album art problem
Hi,
Both Nano and MMA on Android have own Album art lookups, so they are non dependent on MMW. Only way to check is to delete track and resync.
Also you should make sure that Auto Lookup is not enabled in MMA options ( ⋮ -> Options)

Re: album art problem
On the Android, look up album art is unchecked. The nano is not an iOS device and has no way to automatically look up anything.
As stated in my original post, I've tried deleting everything from both devices and re-syncing and the album art is still on the devices.
