MM does not want to convert my flac in my iphone

I have Windows 8 32-bit, where MM is installed with latest version gold and iphone 4 ios 6.12. When I transfer my music to my library from MM, no problems for the mp3, but my first Flac file blocks to the conversion, it is happening in the status bar at the bottom of the window. Yet I configure automatic conversion d_iphone.dll FLAC anyCBR 320 kbs by Preset, auto and quality sample 0. This is the first time that I have this blockage years. What art that I forgot there's parametrer or he knew of a bug ? Excuse me for my language but i'm foreigner !

How does the block exhibit itself? Setting up FLAC to MP3 in the Device Profile should work.
