iPad 4 or 5?

I´ve got the opportunity to get my hands on a used iPad 5....Problem is, it´s too way too expensive, even for my standars.
Now I´ve found an iPad 4 for a more than an acceptable price (400€) on a german page, and I´m thinkin pretty hard .....And then I´m thinkin bout the 16GBs ....What do you think? Which one should I take?
