Can't download latest version

Following the link, I click on "Save", but the download hangs at 0 kb, i.e. the download start "formally", but not a single bit is downloaded.
Firefox 36.0.1.

Any clue?

Clear browser cache and attempt again.

I ran CCleaner and tried with Firefox and IE: no success, it's the same.

It's exactly the same link from the web site, no matter which button I click. Just tried from the link you provided, it does not work.
I imagine you can download it normally, right? Could it be something region-related from server side?

EDIT:
All of a sudden it started to work again. Definitely it was not something with my computer. Thank you anyway!!!
