It seems to me that MusicBee is violating MediaMonkey'sdevs intellectual property. It look like an exact copy feature by feature. But I'm guessing MediaMonkey is open source and thereby can't do much about it. Even even if you weren't open source you probably wouldn't have enough cash to fight a legal battle, especially if MusicBee comes from certain countries.
Apple tried to patent a rectangle and got away with it ... I would say your case is considerably stronger
