2060 Design flaw: "Close" button on top of scrollbar-slider

The "Close media tree" button sits on top of scrollbar-slider:

I noticed this too in 2060.
Windows 10 Pro x64 2TB USB3 External Hdd with Quad Core 3600Mhz CPU and 10GB Ram

That's right, thanks. This isn't the final design as we consider several options re. how to manage individual controls. Will be changed soon.
