Did you ever think of asking a usability expert to consult you? The idea of MediaMonkey is great but the usability is - to be honest - horrible. Just the fact that double click so often brings me into "edit name" makes me not want to use the program anymore. Good luck.

Double click will only bring you to "edit name" if you click too slowly. Try changing the double click speed in Mouse in the control panel.

Please list some other usability issues...

Dialogs will be refined in 3.x-versions, but now the team needs to sort out the specifications for this. Function-wise, it's above anything you'll find out there.
