PDF Version of Documentation/Help/Wiki

When learning about a new piece of software--i.e., learning about all the features, browsing screen captures, etc.--I like to read a printed document that I can tote anywhere rather than be stuck reading information on a computer screen.
So I'd really like to have a version of the help files and wiki in PDF format so I can print out what I want to read and take it with me.
