Simplify cd ripping process please

I have a lot of trouble with most all media centers. First jriver now mm. All I want to do is put a cd into the tray----push rip cd ----when finished have mm incorporate the album art then place it into the library in alphabetical order by album title. Why is this so difficult. Just because I'm 71 shouldn't be a problem.
