Toolbar Customization

I have two or three things that might be good additions to the next update. Assuming that I'm not being dense in finding the out myself.

1. Could we have the ability to add a particular Playlist to a button on our Toolbars?

2. Could we specify that a Toolbar displays its button with the text next to it, as in the Context toolbar?

(For example, I'd love to create a toolbar with two buttons for my podcasts. One button updates the podcasts. The other displays my "new podcasts" auto-playlist.)

3. Could we create buttons that assign items to particular Playlists?
