Hi,
When selecting which items (albums/artists/tracks) are on the synchronization list for a certain device, renaming the item makes the item disappear from the synchronization list.
It would be logical that only renaming an item (album, artist, or track) would keep the item on the synchronization list. The reference to that item doesn't change.
Steps to reproduce:
* Open the Device Profile of a certain device
* Select synchronize only the following
* Select a certain item (eg. the album Ape)
* Close all windows, and rename the items (eg. the album Ape becomes album 00Ape)
* Open the Device Profile again
* Now the renamed item isn't selected anymore
By the way, it would be GREAT if resizing of the Device Profile window will be made possible (c:
Thanks in advance,

* I select the album 'Loveland' for synchronization
* I double-check that the album is on the synchronization list
* I synchronize the iPod
* I select the album, so all the tracks are shown
* I rename the album (all the tracks) to another name 'Loveland 2006'
* The album is removed from the synchronization list
Is there another way I should rename tracks/albums/artists than selecting the album/artist and then all the shown tracks ?

Auto-synch list selection problem
You can also edit the Artist/Album node in the tree (rather than in the tracklist). That would avoid this issue for now.

Re: Auto-synch list selection problem
Okay, thanks for the tip. I wasn't aware of the fact that (currently) renaming nodes in the tree is different than selecting all the items from that node and renaming all those items.
Do I understand correctly from
