I wonder if it is path sensitive. Here the path is S:\!DJ DAP\1 Synced from MM.

I just tried your C:\Folder NH, and got the same failure. Detailed steps added to OP.

Peke, I just made a MM 1708 portable installation on a USB stick http://i.imgur.com/VHID8My.png to try this, and I get the failure every time.

Before sync: Playlists directory:



And auto-sync set:



After sync: Playlists directory:



See failure to delete the non-auto-sync file OLD PLAYLIST.m3u .
