4.1.0.1683 RC doesn't sync everything the first time

I've noticed twice now, that I've sync'd, to an iPhone 4S running iOS 7.0.4, that a recently added song to a playlist doesn't get copied ad the playlist isn't updated. When watching MM it looks as if it is copying (the status bar), but when done, it's not there.

I didn't run the debug version to get a log, nor try to see how reproducible it is. I can try to do this if needed, but maybe someone else has seen this already?
