MMA WiFi sync fails to download tracks with MMW 1745

After updating MMW to 1745 WiFi sync with MMA connects, syncs metadata, and deletes tracks that are no longer needed successfully but download of any new tracks fails immediately. Rolling back to MMW 1744 allows WiFi sync to complete fully so I assume the error is on the MMW side.
The error occurred with MMA 418 running on a Nexus 5 and a Nexus 7 2013 both running stock Android 5.1.1. I submitted debug log SB9APWD26N from the Nexus 7 but don't have a matching log from MMW.
