Adding tracks and moving tracks error

When I'm adding files for a certain folder and I move a file out of that folder at the same time I encountered problems.

I believe this happens when the file is being moved at the same time it's being scanned in.

It results in a file move error and the file being listed in the old directory but with all messed up tags (artist is correct, title might be correct or cut, album shows part of title and other fields might be deleted).
