Freezes When I Rip CD

Ever since I upgraded to Windows 10 MM freezes when I try to Rip a CD. It recognizes the CD but when I go to change the folder where I want the CD ripped to it hangs up every time.

I have upgraded to the latest version. I have been using MM for at least 6 or 7 years and would hate to abandon it.

Which version (number) are you using?

Just upgraded to Media Monkey Gold 4.1.17.1840

I believe they were working on a similar issue, but I still recommend to capture this in a debug log (step 4b) and to attach the log to a Support Ticket: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=69

In the meantime I presume you can type or copy & paste a new folder location manually.

Why are you accessing Device from two places at same time?

When you insert CD in MMW it shows in Tree (Like in your screenshot) and you just click on rip no need to open my computer.
