Good day. For the second time, Windows 10 x64 crashes into the blue screen when trying to scroll through the track in MediaMonkey 4.1.23.1881. If you use XmPlay on the same track, then there is no problem

Hi,
BSOD in 99% of cases are not Software related, but hardware related (Drivers, RAM,...).

Anyway to be sure, if you can locate one track that triggers it can you please upload it somewhere and send us a DL link for analyze?

In this case, no hardware and no drivers. The situation was twice on tracks 24/96 when switching to another minute of the track. And I can listen to foobar or XmPlay, there’s no such thing, but I don’t like their interface

As long as you set DBGView to log to file you can capture this in a debug log (step 4b) and attach it to a Support Ticket: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewt ... p?f=7&t=69 However as Peke said Blue Screens tend to be hardware related.

Hi,
It could be valuable to screenshot BSOD with your phone and attach picture for investigation.

Especially as 24/96 are in question and you have set your output to 24/96.

Hi, today at work (computer is different) Windows 10. When you rewind the flac track, the bitrate 1004 there was a delay of sound 5 and only then did further playback. The composition is different. I suspect a hundred at 24/96 bitrate 5000 would be a blue screen
