Video sometimes freezes on one frame

Hi,
Sometimes, when you seek video files the video output freezes on one frame. Audio and seek bar are unaffected - the movie seems to go on. To unfreeze the video you have to change the position of the seek bar (might need to do it several times).
It usually happens with FullHD videos or with normal videos on a low-end graphics card (512MB VRam). But today it also happened to me with normal video files (688x440, 25.0fps, 1530kbps) on fairly modern PC with fairly modern graphics card.
This doesn't happen when using any other video player I've tried. Even on the above mentioned low-end PC.
Hope this can be fixed.
