how do i sync my music videos to ipod with mm?

i have all my music videos in divx and mp4 and i would like to put them on my ipod, but i am confused about how to do this with mm.....

please help me.

With MM it will not work syncing videos.
You can only play videos IF you get some plug-ins like 'VID4WA' on the Add-ons section of the site.
