Who's Localizing What for MM 2.3 ??
Who's Localizing What for MM 2.3 ??
Hi,
To coordinate localization efforts for MM 2.3, I'll try to maintain a list here of who is working on which languages.
The following languages have all been confirmed (except for a few question marks here and there):
Czech: Jiri
French: Octopod (Reviewer: Felix ? The Rocket ?)
Russian: Shashka
Polish: JaroU
German: zyb, donix?
Spanish: Pablo
Dutch: UI (Reviewer: Martin)
Serbian: Peke
Italian: arg0
Portuguese: Paulino
For other languages that haven't yet been translated, it's fairly easy to do so, it just takes a bit of time (estimate: 6-8 hours). If you're interested, let me know (note: instructions re. how to localize appear in a separate post).
Languages Not Yet Translated at All:
Swedish: ??
Danish: ??
Chinese: ??
Others: ??
Thanks for your help.

I can review the Dutch one again, but I won't have the time to translate, sorry.

German version
Zyb,
I'll put your name down for German--since you've done the original translation and are already familiar with the translation process, I'd be happy for you to do it again.

time til final
Guesstimate: as little as 2 weeks, as long as 4 weeks until final build.
This means that we'd want the localization files within 2 weeks.
note: we can also have a 2.3.x update that can add any localizations not ready in time for 2.3.1.

Donix,
If you'd like to collaborate with Zyb on the German version, please send a private message to Zyb. It might help, since Zyb is only available in ~ 2 weeks to work on this.
Heyall,
I'm willing to do the German Localization again, but won't be able to get to it until the end of next week or maybe even the one after that. Is that okay? In the other thread it says "in the next week or two", so if you can make it two, I'll do it.
Cheers, zyb
if you will need help, let me know.
I did a lot of translation in network software from english to german (i am native german)
