Add notes to a playlist

At times I'm putting together a playlist and I might not have a few of the songs I want to add. I'd like to have a space on each playlist for notes. Nothing fancy just a way to attach some free form ascii text to a playlist.

Agree, I wish that too.
Might be same as Album|Properties or Artist|Properties.
