Hi all,
I have installed MM Desktop Gold Lifetime version on my W8 tablet. Now I have seen that there is also a native W8 Modern-UI (aka Metro) app. What is the use case for each app? Should I install both MM apps on my tablet? Please advice how to proceed.
Tx & cheers,
José

That depends how you plan to use MM. I'd suggest you just install both and see which fits your needs.

Tx nohitter151,
well, my first impression is that the native W8 Modern-UI app has less functionality than the original Desktop version - is'n it?

Yes. Of course more and new features will be added, but I'm sure the desktop version will always be the most feature-rich. I think Metro will be more geared towards nice UI and playback, while desktop version for editing/etc.JML wrote:Tx nohitter151,

Plus the fact that the Desktop version of MM works, whilst (thus far) I cannot get the Metro version of MM to run without crashing.
