Still no album art?

Hello!
I use the Surface RT. When mediamonkey scans for music it does not load the album art. I just see the default CD thumbnail...
Other apps like Multimedia 8 i.e. show the album art without problems. So it is definitely embedded in the id3 tags of my mp3 files.
Is there a workaround or is it a known issue?

I had the same problem. Uninstall then reinstall the app. It took a long time and a few crashes, but now all my album art is showing.

Few crashes ? On any specific files ?

When you scan for media it has a tendency to crash often. it took four or five attempts to scan my library with 5000+ songs. Now it crashes when I try to load my songs.

Is it crashing on same files (or it's random) ? When scan is running, you can see progress by clicking on spin indicator.
